How to check my order status?
   You can check your order status through our online order status checking system. In order to do that, you need the following two things:
  1. The order number of the order, and
  2. The postal code of the shipping address of the order.
With your order number and postal code ready, you can enter our online order status checking system to login, and check your order status.
 
Where can I get my order number and postal code?
   Each time after you have finished an order, our online ordering system will automatically generate an online order confirmation report, at the same time the system will also automatically send this report to your email account. This order confirmation report contains your order number, shipping postal code as well as all other detailed information about this order.
 
If I have lost my order confirmation report, can I still get my order number?
   Yes, you can still get your order number by entering (logging in) your personal account. Your personal account shows all the orders you have entered on our system.
 
How can I modify my account information?
   You can modify your personal account information (name, address, email, password, postal code, etc.) by entering (loggin in) your personal account. In order to access your account, you need the following:
  1. your email address and,
  2. your password.
With your email address and password, you can login in to your account and modify your profile.
 
I forgot my password, what can I do?
   If you forgot your password, you can go to the client login page, and enter your email address in the lower "Your Email Address" text box, then click the "Send Me My Password" button. Our system will automatically send your password to your email address.
