Shipping within Canada

Standard (Canada Post): Packages under 1 kg. USD8.95. Delivery under 3 to 8 days to most areas. We offer this standard shipping rate via Canada Post to all Canadian destinations. For most packages under 1 kg, we offer a low flat shipping rate of $8.95 for customers throughout Canada; additional shipping charges may apply for some heavier items or packages weighing over 1 kg.

Xpresspost (Canada Post): Packages under 1 kg.USD15.00 (Delivery 1 to 3 days.) Additional shipping charges may apply for some heavier items or on packages over 1 kg.

Overnight (Purolator): Packages under 1 kg. USD30.00 (Delivery 1 day.) Additional shipping charges may apply for some heavier items or on packages over 1 kg. P.O. boxes are not accepted for this service.

Note: Delivery time within Canada depends on the destination and other factors; the closer to Vancouver, B.C., the less time in delivery. For some destinations via standard mail delivery usually takes over one week. We cannot guarantee arrival time. Shipping within Continental U. S.

Standard: This standard air shipping service to Continental U. S. via Canada Post applies to parcels with a value under USD100; for a package under 1 kg (2.2lbs) cost is:USD8.95. Shipping time is about 1-2 weeks and can be affected by random examination U.S. customs officials. Additional shipping charges may apply for some heavier items or on packages over 1 kg.

Xpresspost (Canada Post): For a package under 1 kg (2.2lbs) cost is:USD17.00. Estimated time arrival is 3-5 days*.

Overnight (Purolator): For packages under 2 lbs, cost is USD35.00. Estimated arrival time is 1 day*. Additional shipping charges may apply for some heavier items or on packages over 2 lbs. P.O. boxes are not accepted for this service.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require an additional 2 days in delivery.

*Note: All orders to the U.S .may be inspected by U.S. customs or FDA officials randomly, delaying arrival time. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee the above ETA shipping times. To provide faster and lower cost service to our customers in the U.S., we may ship partial items to you directly from our U.S. stock. In such cases, shipping rate will be automatically reduced and we may choose USPS, UPS, or other couriers. We process all items in stock within 48 hours.

Shipping to International Addresses

Air mail: The shipping rate and shipping time for international addresses varies, depending on country destination. Packages under 1 kg: CDN$20.00; 1-2 kgs CDN$30.00, however, we will require a Cdn $ 9.00 registration fee for value over Cdn $100. Usually, for most countries, delivery takes from 1 to 3 weeks.

Express: We chose Purolator, part of Canada Post as our Courier, For 1 kg parcel to most countries worldwide, costs about CDN$58.00; delivery time 2-3 days. We can provide quotes for all overseas and international shipping charges, if requested.

Customs and Import Duties Information

Because customs policies and regulations vary from country to country, we cannot predict their duties or fee for each items. All duties and fees charged on your order processing in your country will be paid by customers. We suggest that you should check your country's custom regulations and information.

Occasionally, parcel may be delayed due to random Customs inspection. We do not take responsibility for delays beyond our control.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased at Longevita.com, please contact us via email. You can return the unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage on return items. We will not be refunded shipping charges and return shipping charges to you.

Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, and reason for return along with your products. We will credit your account within one week of receiving your return.
